About the Author
Mark Byers is a photographer, musician, storyteller, father, and creator of the whimsical world of Eric the Sausage. With a background in bedtime storytelling born out of necessity, Mark found his inspiration in the unlikeliest of places - the fridge. It was during one of those precious moments when he had to conjure up a tale for his young son that Eric the Sausage came to life.
Every night, Mark would regale his son with the adventures of Eric and his quirky companions residing in the fridge. These stories became a cherished ritual, sparking laughter and imagination in both father and son.
